STEP Application An annual Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) program was developed for contractors to evaluate their safety programs and show how to improve them.	Video Library Safety-related video/DVD's are available for rent to ABC Western WA members.	Pocket Size Construction Dictionaries Available in English and in Spanish. ABC members $5.00.
