ABC's September Dinner Speaker Will InspireNow Accepting Donations!
ABC’s presenter for the September 22nd Dinner Meeting: Overcoming Life’s Challenges is adventurer, author and photographer Helen Thayer. Helen was named by National Geographic as one of the great explorers of the 20th century, was the first woman to trek solo to the Magnetic North Pole, across both the Sahara and Gobi deserts and to kayak 1200 miles of remote Amazon Rivers. She has spoken to over a million people around the world about what her adventures taught her – and she is going to share those lessons with us, as well as her breathtaking photography from the four corners of the earth. Her presentations are described as dynamic and enthusiastic, yet humble and down to earth, with a good dose of humor.

ABC’s Annual Dinner Auction "Throwback to Caddyshack" will be the event of the year on Saturday, November 6th from 5:30 – 10:00 pm at the Bear Creek Country Club in Woodinville. We are looking for donations to go toward raising money for ABC’s many activities supporting the construction industry and to The Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho & Washington, who grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
