Ryan Haggard of Haggrd Electrical Contractors has been choosen as September's Volunteer of the Month for all the time and effort he's put into ABC and the community.
Ryan started out in ABC’s Rising Stars program, and was recently voted onto ABC’s Board of Directors to serve a three-year term. He currently sits on the Membership Council and is the chair of the Young Professionals Group, which acts as an entry vehicle for members to get involved in their association.
You’ll see Ryan at nearly every dinner meeting and networking event, and he’s probably not alone – he usually
brings several people from his office to each event. Ryan was also part of the Recruitment Taskforce and personally brought in four new ABC members. Ryan also participates on ABC’s Electrical Contractor’s Council, volunteered time and resources to help a needy family when the TV show "Extreme Home Makeover" taped an episode in Washington, and has even volunteered to fix a few small electrical problems at the ABC office.
