During these trying times, ABC is even more focused on providing value to our members. To be sure we are doing the right things in the right way, we are talking to members to hear first hand what they are looking for from their membership. In preparation for the board’s annual leadership planning conference in June, we are holding a few discussion groups with a representative sample of members to ask them how ABC can be of value to them. One of the key components of a successful association is collecting data in a variety of ways and then making decisions based on the data.
