Olympic Reprographics is delivering new construction project bidding opportunities directly to the ABC members! ABC members will be receiving invitations-to-bid (ITB) from Olympic Reprographics through their easy-to-use Web-based Sub-Hub solution. There is no cost to you and nothing you need to do. The ITB’s will be sent to your email address (or fax number if no email is available). You do not need to sign up on Sub-Hub. Here is how simple it is:

1. An ITB will be sent to your email address (or fax number if no email is available).

By choosing the link in the email you will be taken directly into the project where you can view, download, perform takeoffs and order construction documents.

2. If you received your ITB via fax, your login and password will be listed on the fax. Then go to www.sub-hub.com and click the “sign in” button in the upper right corner and enter your login and password.

3. There is no need to register for the service. Simply follow either steps #1 or #2 above (depending on whether you received an email or fax). Access is made possible by the ITB that you receive.

You are strongly encouraged to attend Sub-Hub training to become more familiar with the system. Thirty minute training sessions can be attended every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am by going to https://sub-hub.webex.com and signing up for a convenient session.
