ABC NATIONAL APPOINTS LOCAL MEMBER TO CLRF (02/01/2009)
Adam Pinsky of SME Inc. of Seattle has been appointed to serve on ABC’s Construction Legal Rights Foundation (CLRF). CLRF supports legal efforts aimed at preserving and advancing merit construction principles. In addition to legal cases, the foundation funds ABC chapter campaigns to educate the public on the benefits of merit shop competition and the disadvantages of project labor agreements. Adam also serves as treasurer of the Construction Industry Training Council (CITC).
CLRF has provided significant legal assistance and financial support to CITC in their legal battles to gain approval from the Washington State Apprenticeship & Training Council.
