It comes in a handy briefcase and contains all the information and material you’ll need to confront labor problems. These kits are available to ABCmembers only and cost $100. The comprehensive manual includes vital resources on corporate campaigns, leafleting, political pressure from public officials, salting/stripping/hiring of employees, pickets, job targeting and market recovery, prevailing wage basics, setting up a dual gate system, strikes and unwelcome jobsite visitors.
This kit is designed to be on every jobsite. It includes a disposable camera for recording disturbances, pickets or other problems. It also includes useful form letters and all the contact information you need. There is also an updated section on bannering, a new union tactic that targets the owners of projects instead of the general or subcontractor.
