Once again ABCexcelled in retrospective rating refunds this year. Even with the Labor and Industries miscalculations, ABCwas one of the highest performing construction retro groups in the state.
ABC Retro continues to provide members with un-rivaled benefits.
- Fees, to be part of the retro program, are taken out after refunds have been announced, meaning you don’t receive a bill for being part of the retro program at any time.
- ABC Retro returns 100% of the member’s refunds. ABC does not keep any of its member’s hard-earned money.
- ABC Retro has a contingency fund in place. If Labor and Industries decides to further penalize the employers of Washington, ABC would have any penalty the group may have covered.
- ABC Retro is also performance-based. This means that if your company keeps their claim costs down, you will receive more refund money than a company that does not.
- Stringent underwriting means that ABC Retro is made up of employers who believe in providing a safe workplace for their employees.
- ABC Retro is partnered with Employer Resources Northwest to provide you with claims expertise and loss control services.
- ABC is dedicated to providing their members with safety and claims management training that will build or enhance the member’s own internal practices.
ABC Retro continues to be a strong program regardless of the recent miscalculations of Labor and Industries.
