Centennial Contractors Enterprises has been awarded a Job Order Contract (JOC) with the Tacoma Public School District for small construction and repair projects. The contract has a maximum annual value of $4 million for a total duration of two years with an optional renewal for one additional year.
Centennial has been awarded a two year JOC contract with the University of Washington with a maximum annual value of $4 million. Centennial’s other current JOC contracts are with The State of Washington Department of General Administration, City of Seattle, Lake Washington School District, and King County Directors’ Association (KCDA Purchasing Cooperative).
