High Country Contractors, Inc. recently completed construction of the Centerwood Apartments project in Burien. This was High Country’s first venture into the Build-to-Rent Market for its GC Division.
The company self-performed the framing and several of the exterior and interior finishes. The 36, two bedroom/two bath units are designed to meet the growing affordable housing need in the area. Two other similar projects are in the planning stages for High Country along the Ambaum corridor.
