Joan Baldwin, TEC Mechanical Service Co., has been appointed to the ABC National Chapter Development Committee, representing Region One. This key committee establishes standards for chapters, monitors chapter performance and conducts chapter audits and recommends corrective action when a chapter fails to meet the standard. “The strength of ABC is through its chapters. Joan’s knowledge of business and chapter operations, and her tough but understanding attitude will make her an excellent committee member,” commented Chapter President
Kathleen Garrity, who previously sat on the same committee.
Joan’s involvement at National is one more way our chapter shares its leadership with National.
Nick Cooper, Cooper Johnson Enterprises, serves as chair of the National Diversity Committee, and Adam
Pinsky, S.M.E. Inc., of Seattle, has just been named to the Construction Legal Rights Foundation. Kathleen Garrity is chapter president liaison to the Diversity Committee and sits on the Strategic Planning Committee.
