Centennial Contractors Enterprises has been awarded the City of Seattle first-ever job order contract.
The contract has a maximum annual value of $4 million for a total duration of three years for small construction and repair projects primarily located within the City of Seattle city limits. This contract may include minor construction, renovation, repair and alteration work at City of Seattle owned facilities in other locations in Washington State.
This contract is one of five JOC contracts awarded to Centennial. These contracts are with The State of Washington Department of General Administration, The University of Washington, Lake Washington School District, and King County Directors’ Association (KCDA Purchasing Cooperative).
