Several ABC members were selected as the Puget SoundBusiness Journal’s“Washington’s Best Workplaces.” To find the best places to work, the Business Journal asked its readers to nominate their own workplaces or other companies. Nearly 200 nominations were submitted, who then went through a rigorous survey process to narrow down the list and rank them.
In the large category (151 or more employees) were Moss Adams, LLP in Seattle, and Propel Insurance in Tacoma.
In the medium category (50 - 150 employees) were Berntson Porter & Co. PLLC, CHG Building Systems, Inc., and Clothier & Head, PS.
Some of the perks our member companies offer were also highlighted: CHGBuilding Systems owns a time-share condominium that they make available to employees for vacations as a perk for outstanding performance. They also offer an annual fishing trip to Sitka, Alaska for top performers. Moss Adams hosts an annual picnic on the CEO’s farm on Vashon Island.
