Dustin Walling of Dustin Walling Associates will lead the group in exploring a hands-on look at what it takes to be a good supervisor, as well as what’s required to set supervisors up for success. We’ll explore supervisor skills and characteristics; office communications; interactions with workers, and more.
The session will be an open format of facilitated discussion and idea sharing; plus figuring out what specifically you can do to improve communication in your company. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding, new solutions, and an action plan for immediate advancement!
