| | Event Description: | A FREE ½ day class covering key aspects of Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage compliance requirement for contractors employed on Federal construction projects. Also, the State of Washington, Department of Labor and Industries will cover key aspects of State prevailing wage compliance requirements. In addition, U.S. Department of Labor will cover key aspects of Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage compliance and enforcement requirements. Wage Decisions, Reporting Requirements, Work Classifications, Additional Classifications, Apprenticeship Classifications, Documentation Requirements, Investigations, Wage Restitution, and Much More. A key topic will be the Applicability of Davis Bacon labor standards to Federal and federally assisted construction work funded in whole or in part under provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
