Many national retail and restaurant chains have upped their growth plans, according to a new report by Atlanta-based ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
The group's research director, Garrick Brown, said expansion plans are up 40 percent over last year's level, with nearly every region experiencing an increase. “...Numbers are up across the board whether in the Pacific Northwest or the Gulf Coast states,” Brown told CoStar.
