Whether your job is public or private, numerous “rules of the game” exist regarding bidding. These include responsiveness, responsibility (including supplemental bidder responsibility criteria), and other legal issues regarding the bidding process. We will also discuss tips and strategies relating to court actions involving bid disputes.
