Advanced Leadership Retreat

Day One: Effective Leadership Communication

This hands-on workshop for construction industry leaders will share proven communication strategies and techniques to achieve effective communication and employee engagement. Come prepared to learn, develop and refine your communication skills by creating and then practice implementing solutions to realistic scenarios.

Day Two: Conflict: A Serious Game
Conflict is nearly inescapable in our day to day lives, especially on a construction job site, where schedules are tight, budgets start falling short, and the stakes are high. Finding ways to navigate conflict while protecting our own interests and maintaining our relationships can be an overwhelming pursuit. In this session, we offer a new perspective to this age-old conundrum. This will be a fun, interactive session that helps us get to the bottom of removing the emotion from conflict, and increasing the number of winners on our team!

Target Audience:
Leaders in the field who are growing into project manager/supervisory roles, or those new to supervisory roles.
